These Terms form an agreement between you and Kindotter Ltd, a company registered in the United Kingdom ("Kindotter", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using Kindotter you confirm you accept these Terms.

Kindotter provides AI-generated guidance, structured tools (child profile, behaviour log, Sensory Passport), and educational resources to support parents of autistic children.

Kindotter is not a medical, psychological, behavioural, or therapeutic service.AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your situation. Nothing in Kindotter replaces professional advice from a qualified clinician, therapist, educator, or emergency service. In an emergency, contact your local emergency number.

You are responsible for the prompts you submit and how you use the outputs. We may filter, refuse, or moderate prompts and outputs to keep the service safe. You retain rights to the content you submit; you grant us a limited licence to process it solely to provide the service.

7. Subscriptions, payments, and refunds

Payment, billing, currency, tax, invoicing, and refund mechanics are handled by our reseller and Merchant of Record:

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy and Paddle's Buyer Terms. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time from your account or via paddle.net.

8. Intellectual property

Kindotter owns the service, software, design, and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Kindotter in line with your subscription.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated policy violations. You may cancel and delete your account at any time. On termination, your data is deleted in line with our Privacy Notice.

10. Service availability and warranties

Kindotter is provided "as is". We do not warrant the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties.

11. Liability

Subject to clause 12, our aggregate liability to you is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. We exclude liability for indirect, consequential, or special damages (including loss of profits, goodwill, or data).

12. Carve-outs

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under English law.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Kindotter against claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the service, or your breach of these Terms.

14. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, save that consumers may bring claims in their country of residence.

15. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app at least 14 days in advance.
