We want Kindotter to genuinely help your family. If it doesn't, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund within 30 days of your purchase:

  1. Go to paddle.net and enter the email you used at checkout, or
  2. Email us at contact@kindotter.com and we will help you raise the refund.

After 30 days

Beyond the 30-day window, refunds are at our discretion and are assessed case by case (for example, accidental renewals or service outages).

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account or via paddle.net. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the current billing period.
